Randy A. Bailey
Vice President—Production

Randy A. Bailey was named Swift Energy’s vice president of production on December 16, 2009, after serving as director of production since joining the company in 2008.

Mr. Bailey has over 30 years of experience in production operations. He began his career with Conoco and spent 11 years with Transco Exploration Company. Prior to joining Swift, he served as vice president of Texas American Resources, a small independent operator, and earlier as senior vice president of Torch Energy Advisors, where he managed all domestic and international operations and oversaw the growth of the company from 200 employees to more than 700.

Mr. Bailey is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the American Petroleum Institute. He has served as a member of the API Production Safety Committee and also as a member of the board of the Western States Petroleum Association. He received a bachelor of science degree in geological engineering from Michigan Technological University in 1978.
