Barry S. Turcotte
Vice President—Accounting and Controller

Barry S. Turcotte was appointed vice president of accounting and controller of Swift Energy on December 14, 2009.  In previous positions, Mr. Turcotte has served as the company’s assistant controller–financial and SEC (2005-2009) and as the SEC reporting manager (2001-2005).

Prior to joining Swift Energy, Mr. Turcotte was the corporate accounting manager for Westlake Chemical Corporation and an auditor with Ernst & Young LLP.  He is a certified public accountant and holds both a bachelor of business administration and a masters of business administration from the University of Houston.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA), and the Houston Chapter of the TSCPA.
