Henry C. Montgomery,
Chairman & Founder—
Montgomery Professional Services Corporation
Henry C. Montgomery has served as a director of Swift Energy
since 1987. Since 1980, Mr. Montgomery has been Chairman of the Board of
Montgomery Professional Services Corporation, an outsourcing, search and
temporary placement and financial services firm. Mr. Montgomery
currently also serves as Chairman of the Board of Catalyst
Semiconductor, Inc., a public company that designs, develops, and
markets programmable integrated circuit products, and Chairman of the
Board of ASAT Holdings, Ltd., a public company that packages and tests
semiconductor devices. From January 2000 to March 2001, Mr. Montgomery
served as Executive Vice President—Finance and Administration and Chief
Financial Officer of Indus International, Inc., a public company engaged
in enterprise asset management systems. Mr. Montgomery holds the degree
of Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
