Our common stock is traded on the New York Stock Exchange and the Pacific Exchange, Inc., under the symbol “SFY.” The high and low quarterly sales prices for the common stock for 2003 and 2004 were as follows:

Since inception, no cash dividends have been declared on our common stock. Cash dividends are restricted under the terms of our credit agreements, as discussed in Note 4 to the consolidated financial statements, and we presently intend to continue a policy of using retained earnings for expansion of our business.

We had approximately 298 stockholders of record as of December 31, 2004.

Information regarding our equity compensation plans, including both shareholder approved plans and plans not approved by shareholders, is set forth in Proxy Statement for our annual meeting to be held May 10, 2005 (“Proxy Statement”), which Proxy Statement is to be filed within 120 days after Registrant’s fiscal year end of December 31,2004, and which information is incorporated by reference.
