Commenting on these changes, Chairman and CEO A. Earl Swift said, "These executive appointments continue our practice of promoting individual executives with long experience in the organization into increasingly senior management positions. We believe this approach has resulted in a very strong senior management team. The senior personnel involved in these organizational changes have all worked with each other and with the Board of Directors under President Terry Swift's leadership for a number of years. They have already demonstrated their ability to lead the Company, as shown by our increased domestic reserves and our recent New Zealand success, and I am confident that under their guidance the Company will achieve even greater results in the future."
