Since inception, no cash dividends have been declared on the Company's common stock. Cash dividends are restricted under the terms of the Company's credit agreements, as discussed in Note 4 to the Company's financial statements, and the Company presently intends to continue a policy of using retained earnings for expansion of its business. The above prices have been revised to reflect the September 1994 stock dividend.
Swift Energy had approximately 673 stockholders of record as of December 31, 1994.
