William E. Dark, a charter member
of the Board of Directors, submitted his resignation on November 12,
1993, effective January 1, 1994, in order to pursue other interests. Mr.
Dark’s association with Swift Energy Company began in 1979, when he,
together with Raymond O. Loen, assisted A. Earl Swift in founding the
Company. He was the Company’s first Vice President–Finance and
Secretary, and in a later tenure served as Senior Vice President. Swift
Energy Company and its directors acknowledge his many invaluable
contributions to the Company and look forward to benefiting from his
experience and informal advice in years to come. |
